Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a return.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically credited within 15 working days from the date the returned item is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products returned after 3 days of delivery.
• Used, damaged, or altered items.
• Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
• Gift cards (if applicable).
